A One-Week Introduction to
Entrepreneurship
A Summer Entrepreneurship Camp
July 5-10, 2026
Católica University in Lisbon
This program is designed for students aged 13–17 who want to dip their toe into the real world while having a great time. Students explore entrepreneurship through hands-on challenges, teamwork, and creative experimentation in a setting that feels engaging, social, and supportive.
Throughout the week, students are introduced to AI, collaboration, creative problem-solving, and pitching as tools for thinking and communication. They practice sharing ideas, testing assumptions, and explaining their thinking in ways that feel approachable and age-appropriate.
No prior experience in business, AI, or innovation is required. Curiosity and openness are enough.
Entrepreneurship 101.
Not every student is ready for our more intensive entrepreneurship experience. This one-week format allows students to try something new, learn through doing, and build confidence without pressure.
In just five days from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, students get a meaningful sense of how Hudson Lab Ventures works. They experience collaboration, take initiative, and see what it feels like to work on open-ended challenges. Many students discover they want to go deeper. Others leave with a clearer understanding of how they like to learn and contribute.
What the Week Feels Like.
Days are active, social, and intentionally varied. Students work in small teams, move between discussion and making, and spend time exploring ideas before settling on solutions.
There is structure to each day, along with flexibility and room for creativity. Students are encouraged to try things before they feel fully ready and to learn through conversation and experimentation. The pace is designed to keep students engaged and energized.
Entrepreneurship Through Doing
Entrepreneurship is introduced as a way of thinking and working rather than a formula to follow. Students practice:
noticing problems worth exploring
asking better questions
explaining their thinking clearly
The emphasis stays on participation, curiosity, and growth. Students learn by doing, supported by guidance and coaching throughout.
Using AI as a Creative Tool
AI is used as a creative and exploratory tool throughout the program.
Students learn how AI can support idea generation, research, and reflection. They also learn how to evaluate AI output, ask better questions, and decide when human judgment matters most.
Students do not need any prior experience with AI or technology to participate fully.
