Presentation slides promoting a volunteer program called "wtf volunteer" focused on engaging teens. Slides highlight benefits like parent approval, fun, friends, and rewards. Includes fictional stories of teens, Alice and Vicente, who participate in volunteering for concert rewards. Emphasizes social, fun, and personally rewarding aspects with stats showing teens' interest. Discusses brand benefits, key metrics for success, and testing strategies. Role of the Challenge Sponsor

  • Frame Challenge

Before the program, work with HLV Co-Created to frame a challenge that your organization is currently grappling with. Provide background research and introductions to “experts” in your organization relevant to the innovation challenge. (1 - 3 hr)

  • DAY 1: Kick-Off

At start of program, present innovation challenge to students either in person or remotely.
    (1 hr)

  • DAYS 2-9: Feedback

The more direction offered by the Challenge Sponsor, the better the output and the greater the value students will deliver to the company. Your time commitment can range from remotely responding to a few emails or calls to collaborating in-person with HLV Co-Created innovators and student teams. (optional)

  • Day 10: Pitch Day

Serve as a Venture Panelist on Pitch Day (ideally in person) and provide constructive feedback for student team pitches. Reception to follow.
    (1 - 2 hr)
