Student Lead Application

Hudson Lab Ventures (HLV) is seeking motivated high school students to take on leadership roles as HLV Student Leads. This is an exciting opportunity to represent HLV at your school, contribute to program development, and facilitate innovation teams during our summer program.

Responsibilities

✔ Student Ambassador: Act as an HLV ambassador at your school by spreading awareness about the program, engaging with the entrepreneurship teacher and/or club, and encouraging student participation.
✔ Program Design Advisor: Participate in 1-2 design sessions with the HLV team during the school year to help improve and expand the program.
✔ Team Facilitation: Support a team of students through the innovation process during the summer program in collaboration with an HLV Lead Facilitator.

Qualifications

✔ Requirement: Must have completed at least one HLV innovation cycle.
✔ Mindset: Ideal candidates value collaboration and have a growth mindset.
✔ Work Habits: Candidates should be proactive problem-solvers, adaptable, eager to take on diverse tasks, and passionate about intellectual inquiry and lifelong learning. They should also foster an inclusive and supportive team environment.
